Method

Leave enough grease in the skillet after frying meat (pork, beef, or chicken) and add 3 or 4 heaping tablespoons of flour on medium-to-high heat and stir constantly with a fork until dark golden-brown. Then add water and cook until it just will run out of a spoon.
