Lemon and chicken are a wonderful combination in this lovely, fresh-tasting curry. It is not a hot dish, but is full of flavor.
Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and cook the chicken pieces until they are crisp and golden.
Stir in the onions and garlic and cook until they begin to color, then season and stir in the turmeric, cumin, and coriander powders. Mix well to coat the chicken entirely, adding a little more oil if the mixture is too dry.
