Everyone loves roast beef, and this makes a wonderful change from the norm.
Grind the ginger and garlic together to make a fine paste. Pat the meat dry with paper towels, then prick with a fork and rub in the ginger/garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 6 hours, turning regularly.
