Another great snack food. They can be eaten hot or cold. If you serve them as an entrée, make the balls a little larger.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb/450 g lean ground pork
  • 4 stems of lemongrass, very finely chopped

Method

Put all the ingredients except the vegetable oil into a large bowl and mix together. Then, using your hands, form the mixture into small balls.

Fry the pork balls in about 1 inch/2.5 cm of hot oil
