You must use large, whole shrimp for this dish to appreciate their flavor.


  • 3 or 4 large, raw shrimp, heads and shells removed, tails left on, per person


Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade. Devein the shrimp and thread them onto skewers. Put in a dish, then cover with the marinade and let stand in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
