The golden raisins in this recipe add a subtle sweetness to the lovely oven-baked fish.
Make cuts in the fish on both sides and put to one side.
Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and cook the onion with a little salt.
Blanch the golden raisins in boiling water for a few seconds and drain, then add to the onion and cook for another minute.
