Method

Make cuts in the fish on both sides and put to one side.

Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and cook the onion with a little salt.

Blanch the golden raisins in boiling water for a few seconds and drain, then add to the onion and cook for another minute.

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C<
