Not one for the faint-hearted among you. This is full of flavor, with lots of chile.

Ingredients

  • 3 red onions, peeled and very finely sliced
  • 1 large fresh green chile, deseeded and very finely sliced into strips
  • 1 large fresh red chil

Method

Put all the ingredients except the walnut oil in a bowl and mix. Sprinkle over the walnut oil and mix well, then serve as an accompaniment.
