Dill is a very aromatic herb that accompanies fish dishes so well, so this rice dish is wonderful with fish or seafood kabobs.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, then add the cardamom pods and chile and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the dill and salt to taste and sauté for 1 minute.
Add
