This flat bread is served all the time in India, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and for snacks throughout the day.
Mix the flour with generous
Add the ghee and knead thoroughly for at least 7 minutes, or until the texture is smooth and soft. Cover and let stand for 1 hour.
Shape the dough and cook in a hot dry skillet for about 2 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned.</
