Chutneys and salsas are so easy to make and add so much to a dish. Most chutneys will keep comfortably in the refrigerator for at least a week, salsas probably just for a couple of days.
Put the mango slices into a bowl, then add the rest of the ingredients and stir gently until they are thoroughly mixed. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve with naan bread, pappadams, or your favorite curry.
