Ingredients

  • 6 cooked baby beets (not in vinegar), peeled
  • cups plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon

Method

Cut the beet into thin slices and arrange in a serving dish.

Mix together the yogurt, sugar, chives, cayenne pepper, and salt and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Pour the yogurt mixture over the beet slices and garnish with more chopped chives.
