Ingredients

  • 1 kg/ lb minced lamb
  • dried mint to taste
  • sea salt and black pepper

Method

Mix the lamb and mint together and then make into tablepoon-sized patties. Place on the barbecue and cook until sealed on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
