The great southern Spanish drink, not to be confused with sangria, and not to be dismissed because it sounds common! If you want to enjoy your lunch on the beach under the Andalusian sun you don’t want to mess about with expensive bottles of Rioja or high-alcohol cocktails like sangria.

Method

Take a large tumbler, quarter fill it with ice, then squeeze in the juice of one lime, fill the glass to two-thirds with red wine and stir in some lemonade.
