This is a really exotic kebab. Indeed it is the maharajah of kebabs. A common version of this dish would probably just be minced lamb, a bit of mint, bit of green chilli, bit of coriander and a bit of garlic slapped on a skewer. This one, however, is rather special with a long list of tempering - that is to say flavouring or seasoning - ingredients. If you cannot get some of them, do not be discouraged, just leave them out and do the best you can.
