This simple sweet and sour chutney will add some zip to any dish. It will keep in the fridge for a day or so.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of fresh coriander leaves (no stalks)
  • 5 or 6 fresh green chillies
  • 2.5 cm

Method

Very simply, whack everything except the sugar and salt into a food processer and blend to a smooth paste. Add sugar and salt to taste.
