This fresh relish is absolutely excellent eaten with fried poppadoms.


  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 small red onions
  • 4 fresh green chillies
  • small


Finely chop the tomatoes, onions, chillies and coriander leaves. Mix them together and season with the lime or lemon juice and salt to taste.
