  • 1 litre/ pints natural yoghurt
  • 100 ml/4

Method

To make sweet lassi, mix the yoghurt, sugar syrup and ice cubes in a blender until you have a frothy, creamy mixture. Tip it into glasses and top with the pomegranate seeds.
