Guinea Fowl with Peaches

I've cooked this one more times than I care to remember but on my first ever television performance I had to use a frozen bird and forgot to remove the plastic bag of giblets before roasting it. I flamboyantly cut it in half in front of millions of people and whoops there was the plastic sack.

The television company did not think it very funny and sacked me.
