This is a classic example of the French people's ability to make tasty, satisfying, yet economical dishes. And you don't have to be a genius to prepare and cook this one.
Mix the pork, parsley, 1 garlic clove, salt and pepper together and distribute evenly between the slices of beef. Roll up and tie with string or secure with a wooden cocktail stick.
