Pork Kebabs with Green Peppercorns

  • 1 tablespoon green peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons Cognac
  • 550g<

Method

Crush the peppercorns and mix in the Cognac to make a paste. Stir in the pork and bacon cubes and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.

Thread the pork and bacon on to skewers and cook for about 12 minutes, turning and basting frequently. Season with salt and serve with steamed fragrant rice.
