I love 'street food'. It's fun munching as you wander through crowded streets watching the world go by and in Spain churros are delightful little confections of light batter, deep-fried, sometimes dredged in sugar and sometimes eaten with salt as a savoury niblet. They are like a very, very light doughnut, only they are not, and are similar to the beignets you find in France.
