  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika


Crush the garlic and salt in a pestle and mortar. Then grind in the paprika, stir in the honey followed by all the other ingredients, one at a time, stirring all the while. Or you could whizz it in a food processor. Simmer the sauce for 5-10 minutes and serve hot or cold.
