First of all, you need to cook the crab (or get someone else to do it for you). Failing that, buy a ready-cooked crab, but make sure you inquire about when it was cooked - it needs to be fresh. If you are doing it, put all the ingredients for the court bouillon into a large saucepan with a tight-fitting lid and bring to the boil. Plunge in the crab, slam on the lid and cook for 1 5 minutes.
