  • 12 medium potatoes, scrubbed, but not peeled
  • 12 small red onions, peeled
  • 12 fresh corn on the cob, cut in half

Method

Put all the vegetables, fruit and Cajun seasoning into a whacking great cauldron. Tip in the lager and aquavit, add enough water to cover the whole lot and season with about a tablespoon of salt.
