  • 2 plump fillets of perch
  • 150 ml (¼ pint) natural yoghurt

Method

Put the fish into a shallow dish. Mix together the yoghurt, tandoori powder and water. Pour over the fish, cover and leave to marinate for an hour or so. To make the relish, just mix together the relish ingredients and chill thoroughly.

Grill the fish for about 4–5 minutes on each side, making sure that it is cooked by testing it with a fork. (The fish should flake easily and the flesh
