The way the Spanish serve suckling pig is not for the squeamish and faint-hearted because they do have a liking for very, very small suckling pigs probably weighing only 2kg (4lb) or so.

But, believe me, one of those split in half and rubbed with salt and sprinkled with thyme and rosemary
