Ingredients: 175g (60oz) mixed white fish — choose from hake, monkfish, grouper, cod etc., cut into chunks; 3 tomatoes, skinned and chopped; 100g (4oz) clams, well scrubbed; 450g (1lb) thin noodles or macaroni; Mussels; 1.2 litres (2 pints) fish stock; Large prawns in their shells; Salt; Freshly ground black pepper; 175g (60oz) squidlets (small squid) cleaned and chopped; 1 red pepper, cored, seeded and chopped; 1 slice of bread; 50g (2oz) almonds; 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley; 2 cloves of garlic, crushed; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 150ml (¼ pint) tomato sauce; 175g (6oz) fresh tuna steak, cut into chunks; 100g (4oz) small prawns in shells; Red peppers, cooked separately in olive oil; 50g (2oz) mussels, well scrubbed (throw out any damaged ones or ones that remain shut when tapped); Few strands of saffron; 4 tablespoons olive oil; 100g (4oz) peas; Lemon wedges
