  • 175g (6oz) plain flour

Method

This is a sort of flat cheesecake popular in Ibiza. Start off by sifting the flour and salt into a bowl. Rub in the diced butter until the mixture looks like fine breadcrumbs, then stir in enough water to make a stiff dough.
