Ingredients

For the Cake

  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 75g (3oz) caster sugar

Method

First find a Swiss roll tin measuring about 25 x 37cm (10 × 15 inches). Grease it, line it with baking parchment or greaseproof paper and grease again.

Next, separate the eggs into two large bowls
