Leche Frita

You may remember the story about dinner for the President of Galicia? Well, after all that, the crew went off to another of our friend Moncho’s restaurants for dinner. I, of course, was too exhausted and had to prepare for the next day’s filming. They all came back raving about Fried Milk or Leche Frita. I said I’d take their word for it. But dubious though it may sound, I later found it truly is extremely tasty — and a great Spanish favourite.
