Ingredients

  • 1 block of bean curd, cut into strips
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
  • 250 g/9</

Method

  1. Heat a wok, add a little oil and fry the bean curd until golden on each side.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry until the garlic has just taken on some colour.
  3. Add your preferred greens and the carrot strips and stir-fry until just cooked. Season with soy sauce and salt and serve hot.
