This is a marvelous marinade for beef, chicken, turkey, tofu or fish. It also makes an excellent sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 slices fresh ginger, peeled (about 1 to 2 Tbsp)
  • 3 cloves garlic</

Method

Steel Blade: Drop ginger and garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add remaining ingredients and process for 8 to 10 seconds to blend.

Marinate meat, poultry or tofu for 1 to 2 hours or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Fish only needs to be marinated for 1 to 2 hours.
