  • About

No dishes, no soap, please! Be sure to use heavy-duty aluminum foil. Regular foil could tear from the water pressure and you might end up with fish in your filter—“gefiltered fish!”

Ingredients

Method

Steel Blade: Prepare salsa as directed; refrigerate. Process basil or dill until minced.

Cut 3 squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Spray each piece of foil with nonstick spray. Place 2 salmon fillets in a single layer on each piece of foil. Brush salmon lightly with oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and juice. Top with basil or dill.

Wrap tightly, pressing out air and seal
