So quick, so easy, so good! To make this pizza-style, top with grated mozzarella cheese. It’s equally good with red snapper or sea bass.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • Simply Salsa
  • 4 to 6 halibut steaks or fillets<

Method

Steel Blade: Process parsley until minced, about 10 seconds. Empty bowl and set aside. Prepare salsa as directed. (Salsa can be prepared up to a day in advance and refrigerated.)

Spoon some salsa into bottom of sprayed 9- × 13-inch glass baking dish. Arrange halibut in single layer on top of salsa. Sprinkle fish lightly with salt and lemon pepper. Top with remaining salsa and spr
