This scrumptious recipe from my sister Rhonda Matias is a winner. The lighter version is an excellent runner-up.
Prepare noodles according to package or recipe directions. Drain and rinse well. Return noodles to saucepan.
Steel Blade: Process butter or margarine with cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and sour cream until well mixed, stopping machine once or twice to scrape down sides of bowl. Add to noodles. Add hot milk and mix well.
Grease 9- × 13-inch glass baking dish with melted butt
