This is a terrific do-ahead brunch dish! Assemble it the night before and bake it just before your guests arrive.
Steel Blade: Chop broccoli with several quick on/off pulses, until coarsely chopped. (If using fresh broccoli, rinse in cold water; drain well. Microwave, covered, on High for 4 minutes. Chop with quick on/off pulses.) Place in sprayed 9- × 13-inch glass baking dish.
Grater: Grate cheese, using medium pressure.
Steel Blade: Add remaining ingredients to grate
