This elegant, quick recipe is excellent for company. It multiplies easily-each rack serves 2 people.
Rub lamb with salt and pepper.
Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add rosemary, thyme, oil, lemon juice, honey and mustard; process until blended, about 10 seconds. Rub mixture over lamb. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or overnight in refrigerator.
Place lamb, meat side down, on rack in roasting pan.
