  • 4 lb (1.8 kg) boneless chuck roast, well trimmed

Method

Pierce roast deeply on both sides with a fork and place in sprayed 9- x 13-inch ovenproof dish.

Slicer: Slice onion, using medium pressure. Wrap well and refrigerate until needed.
