The marinade is delicious on veal chops, chicken and tofu. Thinly sliced leftover meat is delicious cold in sandwiches or wrapped in tortillas.

Ingredients

Method

Place meat in nonreactive container.

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add remaining ingredients and process 3 to 4 seconds longer. Pour over meat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours or up to 48 hours, turning meat over occasionally.
