  • About

I’ve simplified the preparation for this delicious family favorite. You can add snow peas, bean sprouts, bok choy or any vegetables you like. It’s also scrumptious with chicken breasts.

Ingredients

  • lb (750 g) lean boneless steak
  • 4 cloves garlic

Method

For machines with nested bowls.

Cut meat in pieces that will fit the feed tube snugly. Trim fat. Freeze meat until semifrozen, about 1 hour. It should be firm to the touch but easily pierced with the point of a sharp knife. If necessary, let meat stand for a few minutes until you can do the knife test. Meanwhile, prepare marinade.
