Roasted Turkey Breast Balsamico

This is a wonderful alternative to roasting a whole turkey, no bones about it! Marinating keeps the turkey moist and flavorful. You can also use an unrolled boneless turkey breast.
Ingredients
- Balsamic Vinaigrette

Method
Prepare Balsamic Vinaigrette as directed; measure ½ cup. Refrigerate remaining mixture to use another time.
Steel Blade: Process onions with several quick on/off pulses, until coarsely chopped. Place in the bottom of a sprayed casserole. Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced.
