This is a wonderful alternative to roasting a whole turkey, no bones about it! Marinating keeps the turkey moist and flavorful. You can also use an unrolled boneless turkey breast.
Prepare Balsamic Vinaigrette as directed; measure ½ cup. Refrigerate remaining mixture to use another time.
