This colorful low-carb dish is ideal for vegetarians or anyone following a gluten-free diet.

It’s also perfect for Passover. Prepare the veggies in advance, then stir-fry them quickly in a wok or large skillet.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 slice

Method

For machines with nested bowls.

Steel Blade: Process parsley until finely minced. Remove from bowl and reserve to use as a garnish. Drop garlic and ginger through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Set aside.
