I usually double this recipe because they disappear so quickly. The variations are equally delicious.
Prepare dough as directed. Divide into 2 balls. (Flaky Ginger Ale Pastry should be chilled first.) Flour dough lightly. Roll out 1 portion of dough on a lightly floured surface into a circle about ⅛ inch thick.
