Method

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Prepare dough as directed. Divide into 2 balls. (Flaky Ginger Ale Pastry should be chilled first.) Flour dough lightly. Roll out 1 portion of dough on a floured surface into a circle about ⅛ inch thick.
