This delicious drink is like a morning cup of hot chocolate combined with breakfast porridge. How often 1 have begun the day with a fragrant, steaming cup of champurrado at La Pereñita, my favorite stand at the 20 de noviembre market in Oaxaca City! 1 love to accompany it with a sweet roll, preferably Pan de Yema.
