  • About

These very tasty individual pies, which originated in Cyprus, are somewhere between olive bread and a more traditional Greek pie. Despite the universal use of olive oil, olives themselves are not used very much in Greek cooking. This recipe is my adaptation of the traditional dish. You can make the pies smaller, using half as much dough, or divide the pastry in half and make a whole round or square pie.
