When Greeks make stuffed vegetables, they very rarely prepare just one kind. By mixing together stuffed tomatoes, peppers, or eggplants, we create a more interesting dish. When serving, we can ask our guests which vegetable they prefer, or if the vegetables are large, we can serve half of each.
