This tasty and very attractive dish is always included on the menu of Fatsio, the Athens restaurant that specializes in the cooking of Greek Constantinople.
In some versions of this dish, serving portions of veal or lamb are wrapped with eggplant slices. In others, like the one below, the meat is coarsely chopped and mixed with herbs and spices. Serve this with French fries or egg noodles.
