Method

  1. To make the garnish: In a wide skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat until hot. Add the almonds and stir-fry for about 1 minute until slightly browned. Add raisins, give it a stir, and transfer to a small serving bowl. In the same skillet, combine the barberries, 2 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons water, and 2 tablespoons grape molasses, and stir-fry for 4 minut
