This delicious drink, with its strange name, is especially popular during the Christmas season, as well as for special occasions at other times of the year. It is made with Chilean brandy, milk, coffee, sugar and spices and served ice cold.

Ingredients

  • 2.25 litres/ pints/9 cups whole (full-fat) milk

  1. Put the milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves in a pan over a medium heat and heat until boiling. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse with the spices.
